7 NEW IOTAS + DX ! ;)

Hi all, 10 days without article, time flies !
Not less than 7 new IOTAs at the time I'm writing this one, thanks to :
- BD3AEQ/2 IOTA AS-151 worked on 15M SSB (#468)
- YE5PQM IOTA OC-075 worked on 20M SSB (#469)
- YB8RW/P IOTA OC-076 worked on 20M SSB (#470)
- HS0ZKG IOTA AS-101 worked on 12M CW (#471)
- TC0MI IOTA AS-201 NEW worked on 20M SSB (#472)
- XR2T IOTA SA-086 worked on 30M CW (new band ! #215) & 17M SSB (new slot !)(Chile is now worked from 10M to 80M ) (#473)

- 5Z4/DJ4EL IOTA AF-040 worked on 10M SSB (new slot !) (#474)

Some interesting DXs were also logged :

- P40JW Aruba worked on 12M SSB & 17M SSB for 2 new slots !

- 4W/G3ZEM Timor Leste worked on 15M CW for a new slot !

- HC2AO Ecuador worked on 12M SSB for a new slot !

- C5YK The Gambia worked on 6M CW for a new slot !

- W1AW/KH0 Mariana Islands worked on 15M CW for a new slot !

- TX5Z Austral Islands worked on 40M CW for a new band !

These 2 next are not DX but in Europe, but sometimes some slots are harder to log than the other side of the world ! ;)
OP37AEF Belgium worked on 15M CW for a new slot !

- YL2104W Latvia worked on 12M SSB & 17M SSB for 2 new slots !

VK9AN, ZD9XF, MJ0CFW & JU80R in the log...

Hi, another  QSO with Christmas Island thanks to VK9AN, offering me a new band with our 15M RTTY QSO (#290) this morning (mine)...

...ZD9XF Nigel was worked on 30M CW (#214) for my 7th band with Tristan Da Cunha & Gough Islands (our 80M CW QSO is not in log, I have to catch him again !) (Update Sept. 30th : NIGEL WAS WORKED AGAIN ON 80M CW AND ALL ZD9XF QSOS ARE LOTW CONFIRMED !)

 


...nice surprise yesterday with MJ0CFW worked on 10M CW (#264) (8th band !! Any MJ station on 160M ?)

 

...and this morning again JU80R worked on 12M SSB for a new slot. Mongolia is still needed on 30M & 80M here.

VK9AN Christmas Island on 10M RTTY !

 Hi, nice surprise this morning with VK9AN operating from Christmas Island, worked on 10M RTTY ! New band & new mode here... A nice opening on this band at this year's date...

EL2DT, PY0F/PP1CZ, PZ5AA, S01WS... in the log !

Some good ones were added into the log the past days :
- EL2DT from Liberia was worked on 15M CW (our 3rd QSO)
- PY0F/PP1CZ from Fernando de Noronha was worked on 12M CW & 40M CW for 2 new bands
- PZ5AA from Suriname was worked on 80M CW for a new band (Suriname is now  only needed on 40M for all bands !)
- S01WS from Western Sahara was again worked on 10M SSB for a new band & 12M CW for a new slot.
- CP6AA from Chile was worked on 10M SSB for a new slot.
- 5R8UI from Madagascar was worked on 17M SSB for a new slot.
- EG2INT from IOTA EU-134 Izaro Island was logged for my 468th worked IOTA.
- ZD9XF Nigel was heard/called on 80M CW but because of QRM I'm not sure he heard/answered me... I'm waiting for the log update right now.

TY1AA Benin DX-Pedition 2014

Hi, TY1AA is rocking the bands since September 11th (till 26th), already worked & confirmed on many bands here, it was the opportunity again to add the missing bands/slots...
At this day, I was able to log 5 QSOs including 3 new bands (6M, 30M & 80M) & 1 new mode (RTTY).
 

The job is done, thanks to I2YSB & Co Team for another great activity !

VK9NT Norfolk Island 2014

Hi all,
Another nice DX-Pedition ended with VK9NT team in Norfolk Isand, one of the farest entity from France (18000 kms !).
It was not a new one for me, but Norfolk was only worked on 30M CW here, I had to add some bands ! ;)
It's a total of 6 QSOs :4 new bands, 6 new slots & 1 new mode for me this year.
